"J" Building Dates

Jim Gillum, thank you  for the lineup of "J" Engine Numbers vs Builders 
Numbers.  I see from the builder's numbers there were three periods of 
time in which those locomotives were constructed and a fourth for the 
after wartime rebuild.   Making them in batches, I assume led to a 
saving in time and money.  Almost like an assembly line.

In order to make my list complete, could you or someone now supply the 
actual month and year for each one.
