[N&W] Re: Steam Train Restoration

To the contact
     I belong to a newly formed foundation that restores rural property that
has historical significance in Virginia. We have been approached by some
individuals who are interested in restoring a 1940's Berkshire locomotive 
to full
operational condition. We realise this is a MAJOR undertaking both finianical
and physically. We have the use of several industrial steam and pressure vessel
technical engineers who have offered their services but are in need of
technical info (blue prints and spec sheets) I have been invited down to 
the Spencer
Shops in Salisbury NC to spend a weekend with the fellows there. The sad part
we have seen is that the younger generation has little interest in these
machines and this project would be a public support and particupation effort to
gain younger interest. Any suggestions for informational sources?
