Max,

I'm curious about the tipple at Winco Block.  The only tipple I recall was a
tinly little truck dump tipple between US52 and the main line with hardly
enough room for a truck to get off the road to unload.  I know at
Borderland, WV the tipple was loaded from the KY side though.  When was the
Winco tipple that you mention active?
